Getting Ready for Public Beta

We've been working on a few things: hourly thumbnail experiment, title experiment, and data collection.

We're very excited about the hourly thumbnail experiment. It's the number one feature request we've received from the private beta users. You now have the flexibility to experiment with thumbnails within hours. After your experiment is completed, Oona’s statistical engine will give you a comprehensive analysis with risk assessment to support your decision making.

Title experiment is another major release. We designed a safe title alternating pattern to minimize the SEO setback. You can run a title experiment for 2 or 4 weeks depending on your needs.

To give you the most accurate and timely experiment analyses, we released a new way of data collection. We published a Chrome extension to collect real-time data from YouTube Studio. All you have to do is click on the "Collect data" button on the top of your experiment page and follow the instructions. Easy-peasy.

Private Beta

In our private beta, we want to validate the tech so we prototyped the a few features:

These features are the core building blocks for Oona. We're very excited to hear the feedback and iterate quickly.
